Our fresh pasta is delivered in a controlled atmosphere to ensure top quality. If you’re not cooking it right away, store it in the freezer. Once defrosted, keep it in the fridge and consume within 10 days for best taste and texture.
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta directly from frozen. Boil for about 4 minutes, then drain gently to preserve its artisanal texture.
PAIRING
Choose the ideal sauce for the pasta shape or simply your favorite. Add a ladle of cooking water and let it simmer on low heat, stirring gently to bring everything together beautifully.
