Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or food safety reasons, including opened food products or perishable goods.
Refunds
Once we receive your photo or inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
