What is the return policy?
If your order arrives damaged, expired, or improperly handled (e.g. defrosted items), please contact our support team at info@pasta-eater.com with a photo of the product. We will review your request and, if eligible, process a return or replacement.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. Please note: we do not accept returns on final sale purchases.
When will I get my order?
We aim to ship all orders within one business day of receiving them. On average, delivery takes between 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are handcrafted daily in our Pasta Eater kitchens located in the heart of New York City. They are carefully preserved in controlled-atmosphere packaging to ensure maximum freshness and quality upon delivery.
